I lead designers to create work that’s not only thoughtful and well-crafted, but deeply aligned with the needs of our users. Through regular critique, strategic context, and close collaboration with our counterparts in product, engineering, data science, marketing, and support, I help designers make confident design decisions and connect their work across the entire experience. My focus is on building strong relationships and shared understanding so designers can lead alongside their peers and deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.

AI-powered chatbot for customer support

I partnered with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build our company's first AI-powered product. We successfully navigated challenging internal organizational barriers, such as legal and compliance restrictions, within the highly regulated financial space.

Perka consumer app design sprint

I led the design team in a 5-day sprint to completely reinvent the consumer app, to support new initiatives including online ordering and a deeper integration with Clover POS devices.

Clover Go mobile app

I led a cross-functional effort to reimagine Clover’s mobile app, increasing engagement in the platform.

Accessible touchscreen
PIN entry

I partnered with engineers, UX researchers, and accessibility experts to design a novel (patent-pending) method for consumers with vision impairments to securely enter their credit card or debit PIN at touchscreen registers. Building this capability allowed us to sell our touchscreen POS devices in the EU, where accessibility compliance is critical to business strategy.
